Today will likely be the coldest day this week, if you are headed to the South Bend Cubs Opening Day Game, make sure you're grabbing a heavier jacket, a hat and gloves wouldn't be out of the question. Temperatures are not expected to leave the upper 30s, even with sunny conditions through the afternoon. Clear skies overnight once again give us the chance to dip into the mid 20s tonight, and clouds gather as we wake up Wednesday. Showers are expected to pick up in the afternoon, with widespread rain through the overnight hours Wednesday evening. Some lingering showers could be affecting us early Thursday morning, but more mild conditions will thankfully creep back into Michiana. We continue to warm up through the weekend, making a run toward the seventies on Monday, with low precipitation chances until the middle of next week.
Today: Cool, clearing skies. High 38.
Tonight: Some clouds, cold. Low 26.
Wednesday: Gathering clouds, afternoon showers. High 44.
Thursday: Some morning showers, milder. High 50.
