Rain/snow showers are already creeping into Michiana from the south this morning. Everything is expected to change over into rain by the mid-morning as the raindrops keep falling through the mid-afternoon. There should be a nice break around 4-6 PM before another round of showers rolls in for the overnight hours. Even though more rain is expected, rivers around Michiana will continue to slowly recede throughout the weekend. Sunday will be much better as the showers finally come to an end before dawn and clouds quickly follow. Highs will slowly climb through the 40s and into the mid and upper 50s by Wednesday, with sunshine dominating Monday and Tuesday, allowing river levels to continue to improve.
Today: Rain/snow mix early, changing to all rain showers through the mid-afternoon. High of 45.
Tonight: Cloudy with rain showers and heavier downpours. A thunderstorm could be possible. Low of 36.
Sunday: Mostly sunny, breezy, high of 46.
Monday: Mostly sunny, high of 50.
