Storm damage in Tippecanoe County

TIPPECANOE COUNTY, Ind. — High winds from Sunday's severe weather partially demolished a factory in Tippecanoe County.

Winds were estimated to be 80 mph when the storm hit. Siding was wrapped around utility poles and trees were pushed down a half-mile behind the factory.

Company officials say that there were workers inside of the building at the time but everyone was okay.

Officials say that they hope the damage can be quickly assessed and repaired so the factory can go back online soon.
