Storm damage reported in Marshall County

Strong thunderstorms rolled through Marshall County Friday and caused damage in downtown Bourbon.

A viewer sent us a photo of tree damage from the storm and our reporter on scene also took a photo of damage to a tree.

A tree was badly damaged at a home on Main Street in Bourbon.

According to Meteorologist Tom Coomes, there were over 300 lightning strikes between 4:45 and 5:05 p.m. in the storm cell over Bourbon.

In northern Kosciusko County, wind gusts ranged from 45-65 miles per hour.
