Outdoor summer festival coming to South Bend Saturday
SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Due to deterioration of the roadway and base on Bendix Drive, paving and reconstruction will begin on Monday, May 19.
The construction will be from Cleveland Road to Portage Avenue and is expected to conclude on Tuesday, June 3.
Sections of the road will be closed while under construction, but access to businesses will remain open. There will be a detour route on Portage Avenue and Cleveland Road.
