Summer Camp Kickoff at La Porte County Family YMCA, still time to register kids

LA PORTE COUNTY, Ind. - The official Summer Camp Kickoff at the La Porte County Family YMCA is happening this Friday, June 7, from 4 to 6 p.m., and there's still time for families to register their kids.

The YMCA is welcoming all families who are attending summer camp, to the kickoff, filled with food and fun.

The kickoff event will have bounce houses and summer foods, like hot dogs.

Organizers add there will also be drawings you can enter and yard games.

Families can meet the counselors, camp director, and get a walk-through of what a day at camp is like.

Organizers will go through the camp handbook and answer any questions families may have.
