Summer’s Spotlight: Munchie Mondays boasts array of food trucks in Buchanan

Looking for a way to brighten your Monday and satisfy your appetite at the same time? Summer’s Spotlight is taking a look at Munchie Mondays, a food truck event that brings local bites to the streets of Buchanan.

One local food truck joined Summer Monday morning to give viewers a “taste” of what to expect at the event.

And coming soon to Buchanan is a new small business incubator called The Hometown & Co. Mercantile and Food Market. The business incubator is designed to help entrepreneurs build their ideas by giving them office space and resources to grow, according to the LiveBuchanan website.
