Temperatures this evening will fall through the 70s and 60s under mostly clear, but hazy, skies. Overnight lows will dip into the middle 50s.
The smoky haze from the western wildfires will be back on Friday. Otherwise, we’ll see mostly sunny skies and highs once again in the upper 70s to near 80 degrees. The haze should be gone on Saturday, sending high temperatures into the middle 80s. At this point, our fall front doesn’t arrive until Sunday night. So, high temperatures still should be fairly summerlike on Sunday under partly cloudy skies. Michiana’s first chance of rain in nearly two weeks arrives on Sunday night as well. However, I think most of us will have to wait until Monday night and Tuesday morning for a steadier and more significant rainfall. High temperatures next week will retreat to the upper 60s Monday, lower 60s on Tuesday, and the 50s by Wednesday.
Tonight: A few clouds. Low 56.
Tomorrow: Sunny with hazy skies. High 80.
Saturday: Mostly sunny and warm. High 84.
Sunday: Partly cloudy. A chance of showers late. High 78.
