Summerfest to end the day with fireworks

MISHAWAKA, Ind. -- On Friday, Summerfest began in Mishawaka.
Merrifield Park is filled with vendors, arts and crafts booths, and festival foods.
There is also a rock-climbing wall to enjoy and euro bungees.
At 6:30 p.m., there will be music from local bands.
The day will wrap up with a fireworks display in the lawn area of the north side of the park.
