ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. - With Thanksgiving approaching, many Michiana residents are probably thinking about the food spread they’ll enjoy come Thursday.
But with that food comes the temptation to overindulge and make unhealthy wellness choices this season. One local holistic health coach, however, wants to help Michiana eat and be merry while still nourishing the mind, body and spirit.
