Sunday morning shooting in South Bend leaves one man in the hospital

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- According to the South Bend Police Department, officers responded to the call of a shooting early Sunday morning around 2:15 a.m. in the 200 block of North Sheridan Street.
Police confirmed a male victim has been taken to the hospital but his condition is currently unknown.
The investigation is ongoing, and no suspects have been named at this time.
