Sunday showers and storms

Showers and storms will continue to push through this morning and into the middle of the day. By the mid-afternoon, most of the rain will be breaking up, along with some of the cloud cover, so the 2^nd half of today will be much better than the 1^st. Despite some early Monday AM leftover showers, conditions really dry up for much of the work week while high temperatures slowly start to warm up once again. The next best chances for rain don’t come until Friday and the new weekend, along with a possible cooldown into the 70s by the 1^st day of Fall next Monday.

Today: Mostly cloudy with AM and midday showers/storms, then partly sunny late. High of 81.

Tonight: Partly cloudy with a slight chance of showers, then mostly clear late. Low of 64.

Monday: Mostly to partly sunny. High of 80.

Tuesday: Partly to mostly sunny. Highs in the low 80s.
