Suspect arrested in connection with 2022 homicide

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - South Bend Police announced 18-year-old Marquis Duncan, a suspect who had an active murder warrant in connection with a 2022 homicide, has been arrested as of Thursday evening.
Authorities say Duncan is charged with murder for his role in the shooting death of 30-year-old Domenik Briggs on West Indiana Avenue in October of 2022.
Duncan is being held at the St. Joseph County Jail.
