Suspect arrested in shooting at Prosper Apartments

SOUTH BEND, Ind. - A suspect has been arrested in connection with a shooting on Rue Flambeau Street in Prosper Apartments Sunday evening, according to the South Bend Police Department.
Police arrested 20-year-old Traiv On McClellan on two counts of battery with a deadly weapon and one count of criminal recklessness.
He is being held at the St. Joseph County Jail awaiting formal charges.
