Suspect charged with assault to commit murder for shooting at Paul's Pantry

THREE RIVERS, Mich. -- Three Rivers Police have made an arrest in the shooting at Paul's Pantry.

Donovan Foster, 21, has been charged with three counts of assault with intent to commit murder.

The shooting happened July 12 around 9 p.m. in the parking lot of Paul's Pantry on Michigan Avenue.

Foster was arrested Thursday and is in custody at the St. Joseph County Jail.
