SWAT standoff in South Bend

SOUTH BEND, Ind. --- Police and SWAT teams filled the neighborhood near Ford Street Sunday during a standoff with at least one suspect.

Police were called out to the scene Sunday afternoon, and upon arrival, one suspect fled inside a home on Ford Street.

Officers on the scene then called in the SWAT team due to the suspect possibly being armed.

After more than three hours, the standoff ended with one male suspect in custody.
