Thursday night, storms raced across the area as a strong cold front moved into the region.
Michiana saw heavy rain, a lot of lightning, strong winds, and hail. Some nickel-sized hail was reported near South Bend.
If we head further north, the same system produced strong rotation and a possible tornado in Antrim County, Michigan, just west of Traverse City.
The National Weather Service in Gaylord sent survey crews out Friday to assess the damage and they determined it was indeed an EF-0 tornado that touched down.
ABC affiliate WGTU posted pictures of aftermath including uprooted trees and some structural damage to buildings.
