Teen now charged in federal court

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- 19-year-old Corey Fair is now being charged in federal court.
The teen was initially slapped with six counts of robbery back in April.
He was scheduled to go to trial in the district court on Monday, but that has been dismissed.
