Teen shot in South Bend, police have person of interest

A teen was shot in South Bend on Sunday night.

Police tell ABC 57 he is in stable condition after being shot in the arm.

At this time no one is in custody for the crime.

Police say the shooting happened around 7:45 p.m.

A woman on the eight hundred block of Diamond Street heard the young man screaming he had just been shot.

Police say they do have a person of interest, but there is no word on who that is.
