Teens charged with attacking Mishawaka cop to appear in court

MISHAWAKA, Ind. – Two teens are facing charges in connection with an attack on a Mishawaka police officer.
Kenneth Kunkel, 19, is charged with two felonies including battery with a deadly weapon and two other misdemeanor charges.
Police say he pistol-whipped an officer Wednesday night. Andrew Swank, 19. is also facing felony and misdemeanor charges.
Both are set to be arraigned Friday.
