Tennessee wildfire damages 30 cabins

PIGEON FORGE, Tenn. — A wildfire in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee has damaged more than 30 cabins.

The National Guard is flying in two helicopters to help battle the flames and help firefighters get control of the fire.

"It's a huge fire. A large amount of resources are up there. It's been roughest I've ever seen," said Pigeon Forge Fire Chief Tony Watson. "These houses are put close together, and the first portion of this started out as a house fire. It led to several just next to it just catching on fire."

More than 200 acres have burned. And 150 people have been evacuated from the area.
