Tesla stock soars to record high

Shares of Tesla Motors shot up Monday to a record high because of good news overseas.
China's finance ministry announced higher-than-expected subsidies for people who buy electric cars there.
The stock tanked in November after some reports came out that some Tesla Models caught fire.
The company's 4th quarter report is due out later this month,
