SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Testimony resumed in a South Bend murder trial on Monday.
Terry Sturgis is accused of killing his 10-year-old son, Tramelle, last November.
On Monday, six witnesses took the stand, including a DNA analyst and teachers.
But the fireworks came from an ER doctor at Memorial Hospital.
He said it looked like Tramelle was, indeed, tortured.
The defense objected and the remark was stricken from the record.
