Winter storm causes River Terrace power outage in Benton Harbor

BENTON HARBOR, Mich. --The River Terrace apartment complex and the surrounding area is experiencing a power outage that started this afternoon.
With restoration time estimated at around 10:30 p.m., people are being moved to warming centers, such as the Second Baptist Church, with Dual-aRide transporting people.
The Mendel Center is on standby for overnight sheltering if needed.
Beiuen C0. Emergency Center has activated as well.
