The National Association of Letter Carriers (NALC) is gearing up to host their biggest one-day food drive of the year, 'Stamp Out Hunger,' next weekend.
The drive will be held next Saturday, May 11.
They hope to collect 100 thousand pounds of non-perishable food to stock the shelves of the Food Bank of Northern Indiana for the summer.
Jordan Hatfield spoke to the Food Bank of Northern Indiana's CEO and Executive Director, Marijo Martinec, about their efforts this morning.
You can sign up to volunteer for the drive through their website.
