Scattered showers will bring much needed rain Wednesday morning. In total though, the rainfall will little more than wet the pavement with less than a quarter inch expected. The heat and humidity drop to end the week, falling out of the 80s and into the low 60s by Friday. Friday morning is the best chance of widespread rain, with hopes of up to a half inch that could make a dent in the expanding dry conditions. The Memorial Day Weekend is mild and fair, with highs in the 70s.
