NEW ORLEANS. -- The Irish have landed in the Big Easy!
Head Coach Marcus Freeman and the team arrived in New Orleans for their game against Georgia in the Sugar Bowl on New Year's Day.
As the team gets ready for the matchup, here's Louisiana native and Notre Dame Defensive Back Jordan Clark after the team landed.
"For an average family man, honestly, it's not what I bring to the team. It's what the team does for all of us. We have an amazing culture and amazing coaching staff and a group of guys who are completely selfless and do what's asked of them, and it amounts to team glory. So, it's really more about the group than it is me. I'm a small part of a huge sum."
We will hear more from the players and coaches tomorrow from ABC57's Levon Whittaker, who is covering the teams in the College Football Playoffs.
