NOTRE DAME, Ind. -- You hear the phrase almost daily, "Play Like a Champion Today".
But what does it really mean?
Notre Dame held it's 7th Annual Play Like a Champion conference this weekend.
The event brings coaches from every age level together to talk to them about what makes a good coach.
This year's guest speaker was Theresa Grentz.
"They're not saying be a champion, they're saying play like a champion. Which really means you wanna be a champion every single day of your life. You're striving for that excellence," said speaker Theresa Grentz.
The conference ends Sunday.
