The New iPad too hot to handle

Consumer Reports state The New iPad could literally be too hot to handle.

The popular gadget can get up to 116 degrees after playing games for 45 minutes.

With its brighter screen and bigger battery it kicks out a lot of heat. It's not hot enough to cause concern for Apple, it's still well below the temperature of a sauna or a hot cup of coffee.

"It never becomes so hot that you can't hold the device  it also hasn't become so hot that the device suffers in some way."

Apple said if customers have any concerns they should contact Applecare.
