Goshen City Council amends DORA rules amid community concerns
After a slap in the face from Old Man Winter, temperatures start to rebound Thursday, and temperatures warm through the weekend. Highs reach 70 degrees again by Sunday. The forecast is also dry until Monday. The first full week of March is seasonably mild, with highs in the 50s and 60s. The end of next week is leaning wet. That's all that can be said at this point as we will more detail over the next five days.
