SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Studebaker National Museum will explore how earlier generations celebrated major national milestones with Curator at the museum, Kyle Sater.

The program will take place on Aug. 19 at 1:30 p.m. in the Wiekamp Auditorium.

The program will show how local communities celebrated by way of parades, pageants, monuments, and civic celebrations.

Museum goers will also learn how companies like Studebaker have used their own important milestones to showcase innovation, craftsmanship, and community pride.

Admission is $2, but free to Studebaker National Museum members & Campus members.

The event will also feature historic photographs, artifacts, and stories from the museum's collections.
