Rainy start to the day, Fair by afternoon
Temperatures rise Wednesday into the upper-80s and push 90 degrees Thursday. The humidity will spike ahead of cold front that could bring thunderstorms, possibly severe weather Thursday evening. The severe threat, as of Tuesday afternoon has not increased, there's potential given the heat and humidity, but storm coverage may be widely scattered, leaving a possibility a miss for many. The temps drop to end the week, then rise again starting Sunday. A heat wave, multiple days with highs above 90 degrees is looking likely next week. The concern for a flash drought is also looming with hot, dry weather over the next ten days or more.
Tonight: Clouds early, clearing late. Low 60.
Wednesday: Mostly sunny. High 88.
Thursday: Partly cloudy, hot and humid. PM thunderstorms, possibly severe. High 90.
Friday: Sunny. High 82.
