NOW: Third Annual Block Party took place Saturday afternoon at Howard Park

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- The Music Village held their third annual Block Party Saturday afternoon in Howard Park. Several Michiana bands took the stage to perform. Their mission is to build the community through music. All the money raised during the raffle goes back into the music village's tuition assistance program.
