Thousands gather for Dan Wheldon Indy memorial

INDIANAPOLIS -- On Sunday, an estimated crowd of 2,000 to 3,000 filled Conseco Fieldhouse for the public memorial service to celebrate the life of IndyCar driver Dan Wheldon.

The two-time Indianapolis 500 winner died during a racing accident last week. It happened at the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. He was just 33-years-old.

Weldon left behind a wife, and two young sons.
