Three arrested after 8-month-old, 12-year-old test positive for meth

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. - Three adults were arrested after two juveniles tested positive for methamphetamine, according to the Marshall County Sheriff’s Office.

At 1:30 a.m. Thursday morning, police executed a search warrant at a hotel in Plymouth that turned up a large quantity of suspected methamphetamine, marijuana and legend drugs.

Two juveniles, an 8-month-old and 12-year-old, tested positive for methamphetamine and were taken to the hospital for a number of medical conditions, according to police.

Police arrested 39-year-old Gary Parks, 31-year-old Ashley Felix, and 59-year-old Albert Graham Sr., all of Plymouth, in connection with the incident.

All three were arrested on numerous charges, including dealing and possessing methamphetamine. Parks and Felix were also charged with neglect of a dependent. Each of them are being held on $100,000 cash bond.

The Indiana Department of Child Services has taken custody of the children.
