Three arrested after overnight fire at Burket Alternative School

BURKET, Ind. -- 23-year-old Jon Rightsell, along with two 17-year-olds were arrested overnight and were charged with felony arson.

Deputies believe Wednesday around 8 p.m., the trio set a fire at the Burket Alternative School.

Here is a photo of the damage.

The fire was set near the garage, attached to the school's gym.

After taking a look at some surveillance video, the school's resource officer recognized one of the teens involved.

Rightsell also had an outstanding warrant out for his arrest in Marshall County.
