Man arrested in Marshall County after one person was shot early Sunday morning

MARSHALL COUNTY, Ind. -- Three people in their 20s were arrested early Sunday morning after a shooting in Marshall County sent one man to the hospital with life-threatening injuries. 

The Marshall County Sheriff's Department received the call around 1 a.m. on Nov. 3 of a report of a 20-year-old male that had been shot at a residence in the 3000 block of Tamarack Road.

"During the investigation, Cole Enyeart, age 22 was arrested for Criminal Recklessness Level 5 Felony," authorities said.

"Also at the property, were two 20-year-olds who were arrested for Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, Class C Misdemeanor and Illegal Consumption of Alcohol by a Minor, Class C Misdemeanor and Possession of Marijuana Class C Misdemeanor, respectively," authorities said.

The case is still under investigation and authorities ask that if any person has direct knowledge, or video of information can contact Lt. Detective Les McFarland with the Marshall County Sheriff's Department.
