The crash happened around 5:59 p.m. at the intersection of Dailey Road and Pine Lake Street.

32-year-old Stephanie Lynn Anderson was driving eastbound on Pine Lake Street and failed to stop at Dailey Road and struck the vehicle heading northbound driven by 60-year-old Daniel Edward Berryman.

29-year-old Justin Anderson, the passenger in Stephanie Anderson’s car, was transported to St. Joseph Hospital.

30-year-old Stephen Hayes, Stephanie Anderson and two juveniles were treated and released at the scene.

Berryman and his passenger, 59-year-old Lorena Platz, were transported to Memorial Hospital.

Seat belts were used by all occupants and the crash remains under investigation.
