Four juveniles accused of robbing another juvenile
SYRACUSE, Ind. -- One juvenile was injured and three were arrested following a robbery at an apartment on Haiden Drive early Sunday.
Syracuse Police were called to 108 E. Haiden Drive to investigate reports of a shooting around 1:45 a.m. Sunday.
When officers arrived, they found a male juvenile on the floor of the apartment. He told police four juveniles entered his home, hit him in the head with a baseball bat and robbed him of money and firearms, according to police.
The victim told police he chased the juveniles out of the residence and fired a gun at them.
Those bullets struck a neighbor's vehicle and another apartment.
Three of the four suspects were taken into custody by Syracuse Police. One of the suspects had a wound to the leg where a bullet had grazed it, police said.
A fourth juvenile is wanted for questioning.
During a search of the victim's residence, police said they found large amounts of marijuana, paraphernalia and two handguns.
Police did not release the ages of the suspects or the victim.
