Three people arrested for allegedly dealing marijuana

PLYMOUTH, Ind. -- Three men were arrested at an apartment in Plymouth after officers with the Marshall County Sheriff's Office and the Plymouth Police executed a search warrant.

UNIT officers served a warrant on January 3 at an apartment on Plum Street and seized several ounces of marijuana, numerous tablets of a controlled substance, paraphernalia, digital scales and packaging material, along with a loaded Glock 40 caliber handgun and several hundred dollars

Three men were taken into custody.

• Joshua Russell, 25, has been preliminarily charged with dealing in marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.
• Josiah Webster, 19, has been preliminarily charged with dealing in marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.
• Josiah Abair, 23, has been preliminarily charged with dealing in marijuana and maintaining a common nuisance.
