Time is now to register to vote

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- There is only a couple of more weeks left for people to register to vote in this year's upcoming elections in November.
Tuesday marks National Voter Registration Day and one area organization wants to get people registered.
The League of Women Voters will be at Penn High School on Tuesday and Wednesday to get eligible students registered to vote. The organization will also be at Clay High School Oct. 2 and 3.
The voter registration deadline is Oct. 9 in Indiana and Michigan. Election Day is Nov. 6.
