Time running out to apply for South Bend School Board vacancy

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- Tuesday was the final day for candidates to apply for the School Board vacancy in South Bend.
The candidates will be interviewed and then picked by the existing board.
The selected candidate will fill Stephanie Spivey's spot.
She recently stepped down from the board.
