Tommy Rees headed back to court for restitution hearing

SOUTH BEND, Ind.-- Tommy Rees is scheduled to appear back in court for a restitution hearing.
Police arrested the 20-year-old Notre Dame quarterback after a party in May. Rees plead guilty to consumption of alcohol by a minor and resisting law enforcement.
So far Rees already faces 11 months of probation, 50 hours of community service and has to write a letter of apology to officers involved.
