Tornado touches down, damages building in Elkhart County

NAPPANEE, Ind. --  It may not have been a massive twister, but folks around Nappanee told ABC 57 the tornado touch down was the talk of the town Tuesday.

A small tornado touched down near U.S. 6, in between C.R. 7 and C.R. 9 around 12:30 p.m.
The National Weather Service said it was even rain wrapped.
