Town in New Mexico without water

BLUEWATER, N.M. -- A small town called Blue Water is out of water.
The tiny village in New Mexico is having some issues with it's only well.
Folks who live there have to get water from a tanker and they have to use porta-potties.
The water shortage is making residents reach a boiling point.
Contractors are still working on that well.
