Cold again today but quiet with plenty of sunshine. Most of Saturday is quiet through the early evening hours.

Late Saturday evening is when the winter storm starts to move into our area. The heaviest snow is expected Sunday morning. Low visibility and slick roads are likely. Most accumulation will be from midnight to noon Sunday. Sunday afternoon, a little wintry mix is possible enough mild air makes it's way northward. Snow will become lighter as it lingers into Monday morning. Up to 6" of snow is likely for our area but higher amount still remain possible. Depending on the track this system takes, we will be watching for potential lake effect on Monday as well.

Past Monday, we have a couple of quieter days before the next system moves in on Thursday.
Today: Partly cloudy. High 28.
Tonight: Increasing clouds. Low 18.
Saturday: Mostly cloudy, snow showers late. High 32.
Sunday: Heavy snow early, then light snow / wintry mix. High 32.
