Travel advisories in effect for several Indiana counties, I-94 moving slow

ST. JOSEPH COUNTY, Ind. – Counties of LaPorte and Starke are under travel watches Monday morning while St. Joseph, Marshall, and Fulton Counties are under advisories.

According to the Indiana Department of Transportation, a travel watch means only go on the roads if you have to. This could include traveling to and from work or in an emergency situation.

If the county you live in is under a travel advisory, you should be aware of potentially hazardous travel conditions due to weather.

In Michigan, road maps show slow traffic on I-94 between Benton Harbor and Coloma as well as between Hartford and Lawrence.
