Trial date set for former SBCSC bus driver accused of child seduction

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A trial date has been set for 32-year-old Monisha Simpson.

The former South Bend school bus driver was in court Wednesday morning.

She is charged with two counts of child seduction.

Investigators said last summer that Simpson had sex with a 16-year-old Clay High School football player.

She is scheduled to be back in court for a status hearing on May 23rd.

Her trial is set to begin on June 14th.
