FORT WAYNE, Ind. -- A trial date is now set for a man accused of killing a 9-year-old Fort Wayne girl.
Michael Plumadore, 39, is charged with murder, abuse of a corpse and removing a dead body from the scene.
Just three days before Christmas last year, prosecutors say he beat Aliahna Lemmon with a brick until she died.
Plumadore was her babysitter and is the same person who first reported Alianha missing.
His trial is scheduled to start June 18.
