Trial postponed for South Bend murder suspect

SOUTH BEND, Ind. -- A South Bend murder trial set to begin later this month is now postponed.
The prosecutor's office said there's a back-up of cases at the St. Joseph County Courthouse.
Twenty-two-year old, Chaunsey Fox Jr. is charged with murder and robbery. Police say he shot and killed 38-year-old Eddie Williams in March of 2009.
Fox is now set to go on trial on April 9.
